Vaya Health and Partners Health Management Announce Merger

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services has approved the proposed consolidation of and, contingent upon completion of a successful readiness review. The consolidation is expected to take effect on Oct. 1, 2026, with the combined organization operating under the name “Vaya Partners.”

Vaya Partners will serve more than 222,000 members across 47 counties and will continue providing services related to mental health, substance use disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), and traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
